Taking a GLP-1 medication?

Starting January 1, 2027, members using anti-obesity medications for weight loss must participate in health coaching through TrestleTree to be eligible for coverage.

This requirement does not apply to members taking a GLP-1 medication for diabetes or another approved medical condition, or to members enrolled in the PDP or MAPD plan.
