LASIK surgery discounts are offered by the U.S. Laser Network and Qualsight. This discount program is neither offered nor guaranteed under contract with the PSHB program, but is made available to all RCBP enrollees and their covered family members. You cannot file a PSHB disputed claim about this program. The non-prescription items you purchase do not count toward any PSHB deductibles or catastrophic protection out-of-pocket maximums.
